Email marketing drives 20%+ of my sales, so I need a robust system that's fairly easy to use—and Klaviyo is it. Not only does it handle all my email needs effortlessly, but their customer service is top-notch -- we're talking 24-hour chat support & top notch on-going education. I always have a million questions (some of them pretty wild!), and they take the time to answer every single one. I’ll admit, I used to find these pop-ups a bit annoying on other sites—until I gave Fomo a try on my own website and saw immediate results. It really does work wonders for conversions!
Order Lookup
By Venntov, this app is a lifesaver for both customers and merchants! It allows customers to easily track their orders without needing to contact customer service, reducing the number of "Where’s my order?" emails you have to deal with. With a simple, branded interface, Order Lookup provides instant order status updates and adds a layer of transparency that customers love. Reviews are crucial for my business, and Judge.me delivers with rich snippets that help me stand out on Google. Product Recommender? Ever wish you could guide your customers to the perfect product, even when you’re not there? This app does just that! It creates a personalized shopping experience by asking a series of fun, engaging questions and recommending the best products based on their answers. It’s like having a virtual sales assistant 24/7, helping customers find what they love and boosting your conversion rates in the process. Perfect for stores with a wide variety of products or those looking to enhance customer engagement.
Shipstation
ShipStation is like having another employee, no exageration. It’s really helped streamline our entire shipping process. I can print 500 orders with a few clicks in minutes. I also love that it aggregates orders from multiple selling channels so our customer service and VA can see everything and anything all in one place. It also has the ability to apply rules and tags, which streamlines our entire shipping process. We have over a dozen rules set up; and I'd be happy to expand on this in a future blog post if there's any interest, let me know. My quick favs are: flag subscriptions (which we group ship together each month), hold fraudulent orders, highlight orders that pay to line jump, so we can get those shipped first.
Infinite Product Options
If you're looking for unlimited customization, look no further than Infinite Options. Whether it’s personalized products, custom gift messages, or special add-ons, Infinite Options allows you to create endless product variations with ease. I love that you create and apply a set of optons in a few clicks so updating options is a breeze. No more feeling limited by Shopify's default settings—this app gives your customers the freedom to tailor their purchase exactly to their needs, boosting satisfaction and sales.
Bundles
Native to Shopify (and free), Bundles is perfect for boosting your AOV (average order value) by letting you create custom product bundles with ease. Whether you're bundling complementary items or creating exclusive gift sets, Bundles makes it simple for customers to see the value and add more to their cart. It's not as robust as some of the paid options, but it's a great way to encourage upsells, clear out inventory, and offer unique combinations that keep customers coming back for more.
Back In Stock
Back in Stock is a game-changer! It notifies customers instantly when a product is back in stock, which means no more missed sales opportunities. Every time I restock, I see an immediate spike in sales—proof that people are waiting to grab their favorites as soon as they’re available again. If you want to keep your customers in the loop and boost those restock sales, this app is a must-have.
Zapier
Zapier: Simple automation for tasks that don’t require a human touch is a game-changer. While my friend Dana reigns as the Zapier Queen, we rely on automation to keep things humming with our small team.
